2019–20
Mauli Infra Associate is founded with a simple idea — make land ownership trustworthy, transparent, and attainable. The first plotted developments launch along the Wardha Road belt, and early families choose Mauli for transparent paperwork and on-time handover.
Chapter 02 · 02/04
2021–22
The Town series scales across the Wardha Road corridor. Every active project is brought under RERA, every plot registered, every approval cleared. Referrals overtake advertising as the largest source of new families.
Chapter 03 · 03/04
2023–24
Operations expand into Bothli, Borekhedi, and Kothewada. Mauli Crystal 35 (RERA PP1190002600283) launches as the marquee Wardha Road community; Mauli UNICORN 29 and the Upvan series follow with the same Crystal-grade specification.
Chapter 04 · 04/04
2025–26
Mauli Nivasa 36 & 37 launch in Borekhedi; TempleTown 40 is announced beside ISKCON’s IVCC Kothewada. 8,000+ families. 75 lakh+ sq. ft. delivered. 40+ projects — and the next chapter already in planning.
